Clubs provide diverse activities that meet the interests of all youth.
Core Programs engage our youth in activities with adults, peers and family members that develop self esteem and support our youth in reaching their full potential. Based on physical, emotional, cultural and the social needs and interests of our youth, while recognizing developmental principles, Clubs offer program activities in five areas:

Character & Leadership Development
Empowers youth to support and influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others, develop a positive self-image, participate in the democratic process, and respect their own and others’ cultural identities.
Education & Career Development
Enables youth to become proficient in basic educational disciplines, apply learning to everyday situations, and embrace technology to achieve success in a career.
Health & Life Skills
Develops young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals, and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.
Enables youth to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts, crafts, performing arts, and creative writing.
Sports, Fitness & Recreation
Develops fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment, and social skills.
All programs and activities enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling:

When we employ this youth development strategy is implemented fully, self-esteem is enhances and an environment is created which helps girls and boys achieve their full potential in three outcome areas: Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, Healthy Lifestyles!
