Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County has four Clubs and eight Kidstop sites in three school corporations working with youth ages Kindergarten through age 18. There is a variety of position opportunities at various skill levels from part-time to full-time, year-round and seasonal. Positions vary from entry level to various degrees required. Many of our part-time positions are excellent for college students studying education and youth development and can fit into weekly course schedules. Part-time benefits include:

  • Eligible for Pension Plan/401 (a) after one year of service. Employees must be at least 21 years of age and work at 1000 hours per year for the employer contribution only.
